Writing copy that inspires passion and compels donors to take action is a specialised skill.

This six-month course is a hands-on experience with up to two hours of one-on-one mentoring from master fundraiser and course facilitator Dominique Antarakis after each online session. Using take-home exercises and real-world examples from your own organisation, the personalised tuition will help hone your copywriting skills so you can turn any piece of fundraising copy from meh to magnificent every single time.

Graduates will be eligible for 9 CFRE points in Category 1.B – Education upon completion.

  • In addition to the 1.5-hour online session led by course facilitator Dominique Antarakis, you’ll have approximately one hour of non-compulsory take-home activities to complete each month. We encourage our students to complete the homework before booking your two hours’ worth of 1-on-1 mentoring time with Dominique. You’ll get a lot more out of your mentoring sessions, and there’s also the opportunity to bring some of your own writing or organisational appeal material in for discussion.

  • We have newbie fundraisers, fundraising administrators, corporate copywriters, communication coordinators, marketing managers and everything in between participating in the Mastery course. No matter your background, everyone will benefit from the content covered in the course, with the greatest individual benefit being received in the 1-on-1 mentoring sessions where your learning can be tailored to your individual circumstances.
