We partnered with the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute to elevate their 2025 Tax Appeal—reworking the ask strategy, refining emotive storytelling, and delivering integrated execution across donor acquisition and retention. The result: deeper engagement and stronger campaign performance.

We partnered with Legacy Brisbane to reshape their major donor program—crafting a new identity and reframing messaging to move from transactional asks to values-driven connection. The refreshed approach deepens emotional resonance, elevates program prestige, and opens new pathways for philanthropic investment.

Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute tasked us with creating a compelling DM tax appeal that would inform, inspire and delight donors while meeting their most ambitious fundraising target ever.

The Smith Family’s winter appeal is the biggest cash appeal of the year, encompassing press and out-of-home advertising, direct mail with additional collateral for high-value donors, and digital marketing.

Greeting cards are part of ChildFund Australia’s sponsorship program. Already featuring a birthday card and season’s greetings card pack, ChildFund wanted to introduce an additional sponsor greeting card pack.

Our challenge was to deliver a bequest campaign that stood apart from the strong Amnesty International Australia brand and to inspire donors to make a lasting difference for people at risk.

World Vision NZ tasked us with sourcing strong bequest leads rather than generating immediate income. So we set about crafting highly targeted and compelling questions to uncover new Bequest leads.
